How to Book: Mandatory Online Reservations

All access must be booked through the Tenerife ON platform.

Key booking rules include:

• A credit or debit card is required
• All participants’ details must be entered
• Reservations cannot be changed or cancelled
• Dates, times, and participants are non-modifiable
• Refunds are only issued if:
  • The trail is closed due to weather or exceptional circumstances
  • The Teide Cable Car is out of service

No refunds will be given if access is denied due to failure to meet mandatory equipment requirements, which are published on the Tenerife ON website.
